Plumazing Experience

Being at this place after a long day is like meditating your stress out. Well, that’s the food and shopping therapy that one wants. To all the Pan Asian food lovers in the city – you’ve got an awesome space to enjoy your food and need not forget the bar.
This place has an awesome spread and huge bar to cater to your alcohol needs as well. The service here is good and the staff prompt in advising you great options. From sushi to tapas you’ll find all on the menu.
We were damn hungry and that called for much food. We tried like 9-10 items spanning in the time spent.

Mushroom bao – a nicely curated and beautifully presented mushroom-shaped bao. The mushrooms were just cooked to perfection giving it an awesome flavour

Salmon sushi – I can term them as the best sushi’s in the town. And after careful consideration yeah these stood out.
Tuna sushi –

Wonton – crispy chicken and egg wonton served in the mid-course giving an even texture to our super huge diet.

Chilly chicken – seemed more of chicken popcorn than chilly chicken as I couldn’t get a taste of chilis except seeing a few chilli pieces of dried chilli on the platter.

Mushroom dumplings – a mince of mushroom to velvet texture made it just – wow on the go.

East Asian Curry – a specially curated curry that is homemade and has a very distinctive flavour than the Thai curry.

Jasmine rice – accompanied the curry well and just a significant sense of flavour that didn’t overpower.

Fragmented chicken curry – the curry was made with Asian spices and the chicken was tender – a well-recommended dish to go with.

Soy noodles – what you can do is pair this up with the chicken curry and bang on. Enjoy the classic noodles.

Tropical fruit cheesecake – it was dessert time and so we called on the most famous in-house dessert ie the tropical fruit cheesecake – the based cheese was fluffy and the texture was just velvety. The sugar reduction with an awesome peach and guava essence added value to the dish

To the bartenders in the place – you guys know your drinks well and i must recommend all of the following to pair up with the food course.
Elderflower and Blueberries spritzers – with the mains to sooth down you and enhance the food flavours.
Plumista – another gin-based cocktail and supposedly the in-house speciality. Pair it up with the appetizers.

Just super awesome place to be and would like to recommend one of the service guys – Duni Chand who made our dining even more Enjoyable recommending us the best.
To the team of chefs – awesome work done guys.
