A Everlasting Memory.

A 18 year old lad starts riding his first bike and as everyone joined a Group where he met around 200 people that ride every Sunday to somewhere that they can sit and Chit chat.
Taking it a step forward he plans to ride with the group a place in District Kullu – Jibhi Valley and starts preparing. the D-Day was pretty much what was not thought of. Then there in the group comes a saviour later a Brother that was a bit senior riding through tough terrains but knew how to handle my kiddish behavior.

A lot had already happened from my rear breaks not working to getting a new pair of break-shoes which i lost on the way to hotel. This guy had never lost hope on me and his motto was to get me going even in the worse and that is when i faced another breakdown – Flat tyre amidst a jungle in the hills near Rampur Himachal at 1AM early Morning. Making me ride for 60 kilometers in the flat Tyre and then realizing cannot be taken any further. leaving my bike at a Petrol Pump at a place not known and riding back early morning again a lot had happened. He made me grow as man and a seasoned rider.

Vijay Gunwani, my elder brother and my riding partner we made it through with nearly 40,000 Kilometers across the Country together not knowing Spiti (which i couldn’t complete) to be my last ride with him.
From Stories to Gaalis we have shared it all but one thing that i will always remember would be how to be true to the people you work with.

Trusting each other with our lives we shared our bikes to our happy and sad times. i have never been able to express it to you or anybody but i miss you bhai. I hope you are riding those badass off-roaders in heaven.

My Stories about with you are endless though there wont be more know but I cherish each of those.
