Overall a full on package of pure Punjabi love.

Starting with the appetizers we ordered
Sarson wali machhi – how perfectly was the fish cooked. With each ingredient leaving its own identity on your palate. It was different from what we get usually.
Rogan seekh kebab – thick seekh kebabs with an awesome flavour of the charred smoke and the use of khade masala in the prep.

 

Raan – ever think of going to this place – this is a must order for anyone. The only time I can say I cannot explain the flavours in words.
Butter chicken – I am reworking on the priority list for butter chicken in the town. This supposedly was the best that I have ever had.
Beliram mutton – home-style mutton cooked in rich masalas and a lot of rogan. And this was not rogan josh.
Its time for the super awesome closing desserts
Rabri jalebi – the most succulent jalebi rabri combo in the town. A huge plate size jalebi with super awesome rabri.

Phirni – my search for phirni came to an end here and my lord. I got myself 2 pलates packed as well.
