Tower High

A beautifully architectured building just near the golf course. This is one of the best places i have visited till date. The staff is super awesome, courteous and friendly. The food is super curated and nicely presented.
Being there we ordered :
•Double fried pork – the best pork that i have ever had without a second thought. Not so chewy the pork was cooked so apt.
•Shish tawook chicken – served with hummus, the chicken was well done and the spread of spices was even. The hummus was decent on the taste.
•Amritsari fish – huge chunks of fish deep fried which were trying to fit in the platter.
•Tandoori prawns – ooo well this was like one of the best prawn preparations across the city. Even flavours and the prawns cooked so good.
•Dahi ke kebab- the curd was a bit more sour than expected yet the use of raisins tried cutting the sourness.
•Dal Makhni tart – a in-house specialty of the chefs – the tart was nicely baked and the use of dal makhni got in a great flavour. Yet needs improvisation.
•Chicken 65 pizza – a thin crust pizza served with chicken 65 and basil were a great combo and yes this was amongst the ones i loved eating.
•Black pepper chicken – with a decent portion size, the chicken was tender and the evident flavour of black pepper made it even better the noodles along with it were full of flavours and cooked just right.
•tiramisu – desserts just get me a bit up everytime and this jar of pure love of coffee biscuits and cream made me fall for this place.

Also to mention this place serves great beer, not just lager or wheat but the freshly brewed mango beer which was just got me saying wow i love it.

Trying the Pineapple Martini – a beautifully presented tail of how Pineapple blends well with vodka.
The Scotsman – whiskey based cocktail with minimum flavour yet an awesome taste to it. Ever since the ancient times have cinnamon and honey blended well and the infusion of cinnamon with whiskey has always been a killer.

Special recommendation for Mr Nitin and Naveen who had been a great host to us and with the best of the menu recommendations coming from them. At the end of the day it was just awesome to be at this place.
